Re-Imagining Long Beach: Community Voices

Full one hour show from top of the town to downtown and from east side to west side. First up, Carina Leoni, Project Manager for the Connected Corridor, a project of Leadership Long Beach to connect the entire length of Atlantic Ave. Now in its last phase, she'll talk about the experience and the next grant request cycle. Also, more on Create Long Beach: Action Plan for a more Creative Long Beach. Arts Council President Kamran Assadi and Executive Director Craig Watson will fill us in on what's in the Plan. They'll be joined later by Councilwoman Suja Lowenthal who initially pushed for ensuring that the Cultural Master Plan be included in the City's long range plan, 2030.
