Call in to speak with the host
Printz Board is a Grammy-winner who worked with The Black Eyed Peas, a singer, songwriter and producer, to boot. So you’d think he’d be waaaay too cool to hang with the guy who penned Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head, in 1969, no less. But think again. “I worked with all kinds of people, and learned from all of them—from Dr. Dre to Burt Bacharach,” he tells Somewhere in Vegas host Marq “With a Q” Piocos. “Burt doesn’t even have a digital setup at his house. He’s still recording his ideas to cassette and writing them down on music paper. But he’s all about the emotion and the movement of the music. I’ve definitely taken that kind of energy and those experiences and put them into my new album, Board Games.”
It's good to talk.
