Rattle and Hum Sports Dallas Cowboys Preview Show

Hosted by Bryan Houston and guest Mathew Postins

RattleandHumSports.com host Bryan Houston and Dallas Cowboys writer Matthew Postins preview Sunday night’s Dallas Cowboys game as the 2-1 Cowboys welcome the 1-2 New Orleans Saints to AT&T Stadium.

The Cowboys are coming off their biggest comeback in team history last week as they trailed 20-0 early but came back to beat Brees and the Saints, who hung 49 points on the Cowboys defense last season in the St. Louis Rams 34-31. Will the Cowboys carry some momentum into the game against the Saints who have beaten them up the last two seasons or will they return to earth and get exposed defensively by Drew “Big Easy.”

Morris Claiborne was cemoted this week. After learning his spot would be taken by Orlando Scandrick, Claiborne skipped out on practice. Claiborne has returned to the team and will play the nickel against the Saints who will be looking to throw it all over the Dallas secondary. Could this move be enough to slow down the Saints, or will Rod Marinelli’s surprisingly serviceable defense finally get exposed like most expected they would this season?

The way the Cowboys can slow the Saints down is to continue to run the football. Will we see the Cowboys ground and pound Rob Ryan’s defense to protect the defense?

The defense could get a shot in the arm with return of some healthy bodies at linebacker. What is the status of Rolando McClain and Justin Durant as Sunday approaches?

Can the Cowboys take advantage of the Saints who have struggled early to get to 3-1 with the beatable Texans headed to Dallas next week?

Bryan and Matthew will break it down for you at LIVE tonight at 7:00 PM CDT on Blog Talk Radio!
