A Fool and His Money

When most of us hear about economic development or empowerment we tend to associate it with big companies or governments however economic empowerment begins where charity does, in the home. Unfortunately many of us, myself included, did not learn about money at home, I learned through trial and error, mostly error, about saving money, interest rates and making bad financial decisions. Teaching our children about money and how it works should be a priority in every home and will benefit them all their lives. We will also discuss this topic from a community based perspective and look into how much money our community spends that never returns to us and so creates a drain on our resources.
