I am pleased to welcome an soulful singer/songwriter, Ellis B., out of my hometown of Benton Harbor, Michigan. This brother is oh so talented. Don't miss this show on Dec. 5th. Born early summer, 1977 the singer, songwriter, and producer was destined to be a star. Using personal experiences and artist development skills obtained at his father’s church Ellis began exploring the music world for himself. With his many talents and power house performances he is sure to ‘WOW’ a crowd. Although born and raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan, Mr. Bethea has had many privileged opportunities to travel the States delivering his craft to the world. He’s visited places like Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, & Kansas. He even performed in Memphis Tennessee entertaining an audience of over 25,000 plus at the tender age of 8. By age 12 Ellis was highly recognized for his smashing opening performance for major acts to include The Clark Sisters, Karen Clark-Shepard, The O’Neal Twins, as well as Cece Winans. As an adult Ellis toured and opened performances for Ronald Isley, Pretty Ricky, Twister, & Shawna. It’s evident that he’s no amateur when it comes to performing in the presence of a variety of music lovers from small groups to very large crowds. If asked, you will find that Ellis is known for his unique musical versatility that has touched the hearts of many. His music covers many genres from Gospel to Pop to R&B allowing him the flexibility he needs to give his fans what they love.
