Resources for Constructing Your Email Marketing Messages

Email marketing is a small but important part of the life-changing business education that we offer at the Income From Home Network. 

 

Here you will find the resources mentioned in the segment, as well as some tips to make it easier for you to use them.

First of all, you will need an autoresponder.  We have used many over the years and have found a few that we would recommend over others out there.  

Whichever one you choose, make sure you follow their training to familiarize yourself with all of their features.  That way, you can get the most of the service.

Aweber is one of the most popular, and has a high deliverability rate.  They also allow you to build customized forms that are very attractive. 

iContact is extremely easy to use.  Like Aweber, it also has a high deliverability rate. The unique thing about them that we really like is that they allow you to import contacts from other lists without having to send them another confirmation link.  

This really comes in handy when you want to consolidate your lists into one or move a list built from marketing affiliate products.  The drawback is that even though it is reasonably priced, the more people you have on you list, the higher the cost.

Oprius is a true contact management system.  They allow you to build an unlimited list of subscribers all for one low price.  In addition, they have an appointment calendar, address book, and lots of other tools that keep you organized and on task with your business building activities.  They even have an easy-to-use lead capture page builder.

Unlike iContact, however, everyone on your list must confirm their subscription in order to receive group mailings.  This can be a problem if they have already given their permission previously.

So which one is our favorite at the Income From Home Network?  We use them all!  Each one fits into our business model differently, giving us maximum effectiveness and flexibility.  The cost is minimal compared to the value they add to our business and to our bottom line.

Lastly, we mentioned using surveys to connect with the people on our list.  These can be extremely valuable in finding out what your prospects want and need.  When you know that, the selling becomes easy.

The service that we like the most to collect that kind of data is Survey Monkey.  They allow you collect thousands of responses and then analyze and/or download them with the click of a button.
