GuruGanesha is one of those rare individuals who combine the heart and soul of an artist and success as an entrepreneur businessman.

He is founder and CEO of Sandler Training Institute of Virginia, a sales training company for the high tech industry, but musical expression has always been part of his life. GuruGanesha has been involved in music professionally since the late 1960s, performing in the rock band Cat's Cradle.  In January of 2000, he began his emergence in the world of devotional music.  In collaboration with his good friends, Guru Singh and Thomas Barquee, he released the album "A Game of Chants" with Grammy award winning singer, Seal.  In 2001, he began to record as part of the Peace Family, a group featuring the angelic voice of Snatam Kaur.  He became Snatam's manager, guitarist and support vocalist and guided her with a series of much loved and top selling releases on the Spirit Voyage label, which he founded in 2000.  Releases include  Prem, Shanti, Grace, Anand, Liberation's Door and Snatam Kaur LIVE in Concert. GuruGanesha has also fostered the careers of the devotional duo Mirabai Ceiba, Thomas Barquee, and Nirinjan Kaur, among others.

It was in 2004 that GuruGanesha made his debut as a solo artist with the album Grateful Ganesh; it's title chosen as a tribute to his all-time favorite band, the legendary Grateful Dead. In 2006 he recorded the successful Pure Ganesh, which ranks in the top ten of Spirit Voyage's all time best selling albums. Other recordings and solo tours soon followed.  His latest album release is Kundalini Surjhee on the Spirit Voyage label. GuruGanesha's  blend of embracing multiple musical styles, heartfelt song craft and profound devotional mood create a unique sound that touches the soul of so many today.
