Call in to speak with the host
Brian Stetten and Ruthann Amarteifio are still looking for democracy!
Our guest is Dr. Andrew Kirschner, kirschnerskorner.wordpress.com, who has been a grassroots political activist in South Florida for the past 20 years. A vegan and animal rights advocate, he currently works as a university professor teaching educational law. A tireless voice for animal freedom, human health, and environmental protection, he educates people about the benefits of eating plant-based foods and the horrors of animal agriculture through leafleting, special events, social media, non-profit organization volunteerism, and outreach campaigns. A recipient of the Florida Teacher of the Year award, Florida Students Against Destructive Decisions Award, and Broward County Boys and Girls Club Volunteer of the Year Award, Dr. Kirschner currently writes a blog, Kirschner's Korner, and hosts a radio show, Kirschner's Korner Radio -- both zero-profit ventures aimed at making the world a more humane place. Today he will share some of his experiences with us and provide some unique insights about plant-based eating and discuss how to effectively advocate for related causes.
It's good to talk.
