Some quick tips to get started with attending the sessions on WiZiQ:

1. Please note the session date and time of the session. Once you are signed in on WiZiQ, here is how you can Launch the session:

a. You would find the session on your Dashboard or you can click on this permaLink for the session #WiziqSignUpUrl#

b. Click on Launch Session either on the Dashboard or on the session page

c. You can also find the session through the Public Sessions Search at www.wiziq.com/public/

2. Once you are signed in you can click on "Launch Session" on either the session page, Dashboard or session listing page. A flash enabled browser is needed to attend the session. Please click here to check if you have Flash installed in your browser.

3. If there is some time for the session to start you will see a message "There is still some time for the session to start. You will be automatically logged in when the session starts."

4. You would need a 'headset' to listen into the session. You can ask questions via audio or text chat. For audio chat, you will need a microphone. We recommend that you test your microphone and headphones a few minutes before the session by clicking on Device Settings [you would find this option after you click on Launch Session].

5. You would need at least 256 kbps internet connectivity to attend the session else there might be issues like echo or voice lag.

6. If you are not able to attend the session, you can go to the session permalink #WiziqSignUpUrl# and click on View Recording to view the session recording later. You would need a headset and a flash enabled browser to view the recording.
