Yvette Walker is a trail blazer legend  in print media for Multiracial Families. She is the founder of the popular 80's and 90's Magazine for Multiracial/Interracial Families "New People". She is the brains behind the scheduling of the C-Span Interview regarding the 2000 Census and A Place For Us National honoring of Ward Connerly with the Racial Harmony Hall Of Fame Inductees Award in Washington DC.

Yvette sponsored Conferences for Multiracial Families with leaders who were on the front lines of changing history of race relations in America. This program is to inform our new generations of families of all racial backgrounds about those who sacrificed in our very recent history to make sure they would be in a world that was learing to be color blind, A world where people are judged by their character and not skin color.  Yvette and I will bring back old memories of her work in print media and our work over all and who are the legends in this unknown field, missing those who are no longer with us in this fight, like Daniel Hollis, Ramona Douglass, Valerie Wilkins Godbee,  and any we missed or were not aware of during this broadcast.RIP.

Besides God and 9/11 Yvette is one of the inspirations behind the book" Life Through The Eyes of An Interracial Couple" by Steven A. White and Ruth B. White
