I love this meditation, which provides the opportunity to explore the Middle World - that which we walk - a beautiful garden with flowers, a strong tree and a magical cave. Inside the crystalline cave you have the wonderful, safe opportunity to explore the Lower World. When you return from the cave you will see a white marcle staircase that leads magically up to the crystal light temples in the Upper World. HAVE FUN and FLY!!!!!
