In 1986, Dale Collins began his career of service as a detention officer at the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office. In 1990 he was promoted to Deputy Sheriff; managing all levels of security for the DeKalb County Courthouse.  In 1999, Collins was named Assistant Commander of the Jail Emergency Service Team.

With this type of experience and nearly 30 years of Law Enforcement experience, we are sure he has seen quite a few domestic violence cases or incidents come through his department and under his leadership.

Join us as we talk with him about his views on domestic violence and what he envisions as a solution to this seemingly ever growing problem for law enforcement and truly against the family unit.
