Domestic Violence " How DV and HIV/AIDS Intersect"

New information is provided regarding how Domestic Violence and HIV/AIDS are connected in society.  Commonly people think that the two are very separate...unfortunately they are not and we will discuss how these two areas come together and are threatening to society as a dual issue in the community.  We are going to talk with Mrs. Cathy Robinson Pickett very well known in the community speaking on HIV/AIDS.  Mrs. Robinson-Pickett speaks around the world to educate youth on this deadly virus of HIV/AIDS.  She was one of the speakers for the National Conference on HIV/AIDS and Violence Against Women held in Atlanta this year.
