Lama Rasaji claims to be one of only 36 Lamas in the world authorized by Lama Bo-Yang to share the Tai Chi Gung system and the only western-born master to be given this honor. Lama Rasaji also calls himself the only Tai Chi Gung master living in North America with his countries of responsibility including the United States, Canada and Mexico.
As a child, Rasaji collapsed in a swimming pool. He had been suffering from undiagnosed kidney disease for over a year. Uric acid poisoning had dissolved half his right kidney and a third of his left. He was expected to die before his 18th birthday. Now in his 50s, Rasaji tells stories about living and training with some English-speaking Lamas in Tibet at a school whose lineage goes back in an unbroken line for more than 3000 years. He claims to have been training more than 42 years and teaching students Tai Chi Gung for more than 28 years.
In his own words, “I have reached a certain level with the help of my master. He has asked me to have a great impact on certain individual lives. He asked me to help take them into the state of power and freedom that has been shown to me. I have been asked to work with ten to twelve serious students for the next 25 years and devote 80 to 90% of my work time to these core individuals that can have a major impact on the direction of Spiritual transformation on our planet."
