How important is our breath? The first thing we do when we are born is breath, however few are mindful of the importance of our breath.
We will discuss the science of Pranayama and do some breath work. Our breath controls, our moods, emotions, and thoughts.
So, if you are breathing unconsciously, that is how you are living your life. If you are breathing consciously we are controlling our lives. Want to be healthier, happier, and less stressed out, just breathe.
