Topic:  "Grant Teaff -   How One Great  Coach Made A Difference "

In his 21 years as head coach of Baylor he won 2 Southwest Conference titles and appeared in 8 bowl games. His 128 wins are the most of any coach in the history of Baylor. The 1974 Baylor football team won the Southwest Conference championship for the first time since 1924. 

 That  season is referred to as "The Miracle On The Brazos" after the Brazos river near the Baylor campus. He was voted American Football Coaches Association  Coach of the Year in 1974.

He is currently the Director of the AFCA headquartered in Waco, Texas. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 2001. He has been inducted into eight Halls of Fame. 

 He is the author of a new book "A Coach's Influence Beyond The Game." He has also written 5 other books.
