Giving Special Opportunities to Fulfill One's Own Dream

If you knew as a child what you know now about learning and personal growth, what you you say? If you could now tell a child or young adult those things to help expose them to different things and be better able to succeed as a adult, would you do it? Most of us would say yes to both questions. Ryan MacIntyre definitely yes. On Friday, June 3, noon PT/3 p.m. ET/8 p.m. UK, he will share on Purpose Talk Radio how his company "We Did It! School-Age Care Society" was created to give children and young adults opportunities that many do not normally get.

Ryan is a passionate child and youth advocate and researcher with a philosophy that everyone--regardless of their age, race, religion, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status--deserves equal opportunities for learning and personal growth. As the Executive Director and Founder of We Did It!, Ryan provides a safe and nurturing environment which encourages young people to learn new skills while exposing them to new and unique opportunities that exist in the world around them. 

With more than 15 years of experience, Ryan has a broad and diverse understanding regarding the needs of children and youth, and brings  years of experience working under many successful titles such as Mentor, Program Director, and Summer Camp Leader/Instructor. Previously, Ryan conducted the first study on early learning and care in Alberta, Canada. His research gained extensive media coverage, as well as immediate responses from top political leaders. In addition to his more prominent role as Executive Director and Founder, Ryan also enjoys serving as an Educational Assistant, Tutor, as well as a Home Care Provider for at-risk youth.
