All To Jesus I Surrender

When we sing the words "I surrender All" in a song book do we truly know what were singing?Because there's no doubt that God will most definitely test us on those words which speaks of comittment and withholding nothing in order to serve Christ to the fullest. But because we as Christians live in a fallen world we will have to deal with habitual sin in our lives that short circuits our potential to live freely in Christ.
