(that's an oxymoron in itself) AND READY TO TRY RETURNING TO COLLEGE? I AM TELLING YOU, IT IS A LOT MORE THAN THE FUN OF BUYING FRESH NEW NOTEBOOKS! Where my parents were wed and I wanted to be married and buried, from.. they are destroying this great church.. no burial place for me SPECIAL TOPIC TODAY THIS SHOW IS FOR ALL LISTENERS IN THE CLEVELAND AREA AND ELSEWHERE! I just received the totally devastating news, on top of all the horrendous ecoomic realities, that a 135 year OLD CHURCH IS IN DANGER OF CLOSING. WE KNOW THIS BUILDING AS 'GOOD COUNSEL'. IT IS ON THE WEST SIDE OF CLEVELAND AND MY FAMILY HAS BEEN AT THAT COMMUNITY FOR NEARLY 100 YEARS! MY GREAT GRANDMOTHER WENT THERE AND FAMILY ON BOTH SIDES ATTENDED.BOTH MY PARENTS WENT TO SCHOOL AND WERE WED THERE. MY 93 YEAR OLD GRANDMA WAS STILL TALKING ABOUT GOOD COUNSEL THIS PAST JUNE, AND SHE WENT THERE AT AGE 6!!! IN 1920. WE ARE DOING THIS SHOW AS A WAY OF SHOWING THE LOCAL 'BISHOP' AND DECISIONMAKERS THAT THERE IS A LOT OF SUPPORT FOR THIS BUILDING AND ITS INCREDIBLE HISTORY STAYING OPEN IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. I HAVE HEARD FROM PEOPLE AS FAR AWAY AS SEATTLE AND CALIFORNIA WHO SUPPORT THIS CHURCH AND CAME BACK TO OHIO JUST TO BE MARRIED THERE!     in my investigative role of seeing how 'average workers with average skills are treated, I saw another 'Now hiring' sign oct 24th and went in. The person at the counter, who never introduced themselves as the manager, demands 'do you have retail sales exp'? they were told of sales mgmt background, etc. THE SECOND PLACE'S MGR. SAID, QUOTE 'YOU PICKED THE WORST ECONOMIC TIME TO ASK FOR WORK'. I REPLIED:'YES AND YOU JUST PICKED THE WORST TIME TO SAY THAT.. WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? WHY DO U THINKPEOPLE ARE ASKING FOR WORK, DUH! TERRIBLE ECONOMIC TIMES. QUESTION: Is anyone else experienced this? Let me know. There still is that place behind the paint supply store.. but CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on any COMPANIES YOU CONSIDER WORKING FOR! unless you dont mind working and not getting PAID for your time.

    WE ALL ALIVE NOW ARE HONORED TO HAVE LIVED THROUGH SUCH AMAZING, HISTORIC TIMES. I IMPLORE YOU ALL NOW TO UNITE AND PUT ASIDE ALL ANIMOSITY AND DIVISION, IN THE WAKE OF THE RED ENERGY AND ELECTRICITY. WE ARE ALL ALIVE FOR ONLY A SHORT TIME IN HISTORY. THIS IS FOR ALL THOSE WHO DID NOT LIVE TO SEE THIS HISTORY ON EARTH. With the sounds of both concession speech and acceptance ringing in my ears, I remind you what this country broke away to become, and to remind you to respect ALL life, a necessity for unity and peace among nations. Those of us who were not alive in the 1800's have no idea what those people went through, and none of us who are young can even hint at thus. My grandmother, who deceased June 2008 at age 93 and saw this country go through amazing stuggles and history, this is for you. For all who cried and united and stayed incredibly stronge past 232 years, this is for you. The Princess's comments on the historical election, blue blue blue red and white! of 2008.
