To: U.S Senate We the undersigned strongly, and adamantly oppose House of Representatives Bill 1955, and Senate Bill 1959 Titled Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorist Act of 2007. This Bill if passed into law considering its loose language, and ambiguous definitions or lack thereof could very easily be used as a tool to diminish or abolish the rights, freedoms, and liberties that we inherently have under the U.S Constitution. This Bill as We The People see it, poses the greatest threat to the Constitution to date. The Bill lacks a definition for “extremist belief system”. It further lacks a definition of “force”. If passed as is, this Bill made Law could leave interpretation to the government as they see fit to interpret. It would give the government the right to target any group as terrorist based or any person as a terrorist. If made law it would give power to the government to breach or completely take away our right of freedom of speech regardless of the section that declares there will be a division set up to ensure our rights are protected. We oppose strongly the proposition of self policing this commission. The ambiguous language in this Bill negates the declaration of insuring our rights , liberties, and freedoms. We the people strongly, and adamantly oppose the language in the Bill regarding the Internet. The Internet is a great means of expression of our freedom of speech, and this avenue must be protected. If this Bill were passed to Law it would give the government the right to censor, restrict or abolish it all together. We the people demand that this Bill be thrown out of the Senate, and dropped. There are sufficient laws, and statues in place to insure groups that should be targeted as terrorist are. They will have the opportunity for due process under the law. Sincerely, THE POOR PEOPLE'S CAMPAIGN INC MR JERRY ROBINSON PRESIDENT

RAIDERS: THE ADAPTATION, the result of three 12 year old friends adapting Raiders of the Lost Ark shot by shot for over 7 summers. The cult favorite is sweeping the underground festival circuit and has garnered so much attention that Spielberg himself has purchased the life rights of its three makers for a feature film about their lives spent remaking his movie. The Q and A session with filmmaker (and he played Indy) Chris Strompolos will inspire listeners. This audio was taken when I covered the Dallas Video Festival.

    What a Euneverse

What a day, huh?  The economy seems weak and there is a historic Presidential election coming up soon . . . oh, and SNL is funny again thanks to Sara Palin and Tina Fey

I'd like to thank my first guest of the season Andrei Diaconu who was interesting and informative.  He is a film and TV composer and a rap artist with a positive message.  So check out his Euneverse website and see some of his projects, plus his new album, Infinite Music.

Speaking of music, make sure you listen to me next week.  I will play my interview with Eleven Dollars.  If you want to check out there music, they are now on ReverbNation.  They are playing next week at Greenville.  I'll be there, so if you're in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, come support good local music!

    And HAPPY DIRTY THIRTY ROBERT!

    I'm out!

Okay mates, I promised you the links.

I hope you enjoyed my first show even though I was sans guest.  But I'm excited because next week I will have the first one.

He is a talented musician who writes music for film and TV.  And somehow this guy finds the time to be in a hip hop group.  Give it up for Andrei Diaconu.

October is filling up fast with guests who want to be on the show.  I am happy to welcome a sizzling trio from the U.K. called Shiikane.  The are three talented sister (twins + lil' sis) who bring some soul and edge to the PLS.

And just in time to celebrate my favorite holiday, Kristen Reed from More Than a Zodiac Sign (I'm sorry I think I said something else on my show . . . big suprise that I mess things up . . . I swear I don't know why people want to be on my show . . . sorry, sorry, rambling again . . .) will be on the Thursday before Halloween.  She had a concert featuring All American Rejects last week and next month will have an auction.  For more information on her and her cause, visit her Myspace page.

And the local group that I am in love with . . . er, in love with their music . . . okay so I have a little crush on them.  Hey their cute and totally awesome . . . they are Eleven Dollars.  They just came out with a new album and the song I just heard called "Lauren's Song" is greatness.  And their Myspace page has the venues they're going to play.

BTW--thank you to Paul who called up.  If you're interested in giving time or $$ to our brave men and women fighting in the Middle East, go to the USO site

Hey Peeps, I'm just getting started.  So keep listening, keep calling or send me an email if you're lonely.

Keep it reel like Ally McBeal.
