On this week's show, this Saturday (August 30th) at 11am, I'm talking How-To Books.

Specifically, how-to books about writing. From 'How-To-Write-A-Novel' to 'How-Not-To-Write-A-Novel', from The Artists and Writers Yearbook to Stephen King's 'On Writing', for every type, genre, aspect and facet of writing, there's a book out there that can help you do it better.  I'll be talking about why these books are so important and going through some of the other books that I've found useful, informative or just entertaining.

I'll also be talking to novelist and travel-memoir writer Catherine Ryan Howard, who learned so much about the journey of self-publishing, that she wrote it all down and released it in her book 'Self Printed'.

You can drop me a line through Facebook, Twitter or 'traditional' email, if you have any thoughts you'd like to share. (Maybe a How-to book that helped you?)
