My show consists of comedy, an interview with a musical artist, a discussion with a psychic, spiritual commentary and Angelic readings. I use the comedy portion of my show to try to help my listeners understand that there are other sides to life besides pain. I try to help them understand that it is necessary to laugh in order to survive. I feel that laughter is one of the best medicines in the world. I feel so strongly about this subject that many years ago, I created a non-profit organization, kspaz Productions, which helps promote better health through laughter. I try to use my music segment to introduce my listeners to musicians that they might not have heard otherwise, especially to musicians who can help heal their minds and souls. Listening to music is often a way by which people heal. I find that Kenny G always has a soothing and healing effect on me. Alternatively, I do not just look for musicians who can sooth. I also profile musicians who can wake up my listeners’ souls and motivate them to dance the night and their cares away. This type of music not only energizes the soul, but also makes us feel good at the most basic level, much like laughter.
