The Deutsch Family: Polo Brings Teen Siblings Together

Born to two horseback competition parents, the four Deutsch children have been riding horses since they were babies, and finally found a natural love and fit for the family sport of polo about five years ago!  After forming their own Casa Lago Polo Team, they’ve been competing together as an all-teenage, all-sibling team on both grass and arena polo ever since! Jacob (17), Estée (16), Xander (15), and Jonah (14), live at home in Beverly Hills where they take care of their animals, and pursue their high school studies at the private, distance-learning Laurel Springs School.  Family is all-important for these teens and their parents, and everyone is home for family dinner almost every night where rousing political and historical discussions with friends and Grandpa are the norm! No perfection here—plenty of teenage arguing and wrestling, but playing a team sport and the need to rely on one another in the dangerous, high speed sport of polo brings these teens together every time!
