    The Cause Of Snoring And How Stop Snoring Products And Exercise Can Help You Quit Snoring

    First lets discuss the cause of snoring. You should know that snoring occurs when you are inhaling air during sleeping, the air moves through your throat passing the soft tissue inside your throat before it reaches your lungs. There are soft tissue inside your throat that is collapsible. The collapse of this area can cause a disturbance on the airway. The narrowed passage disturb the airflow, cause the soft palate to vibrate, and this cause you to snore.

    Being overweight can cause snoring, fat deposits develop in various areas of the body, and the neck is no exception. Flabby tissue caused by the buildup of excess fat within the nasal cavities can cause obstruction to the airways. In overweight people, when they lie down on their back, the weight of the excess fat on their neck area can give pressure to the throat and make the airways smaller. This obstruction that caused by excess fat is the reason overweight people snore.

    You can cure snoring by doing stop snoring exercises. Stretch your tongue out and try to stretch it as far as possible. Try to keep your tongue straight and please do not overdo it when you stretch your tongue. The next move is moving your tongue to the left side of your mouth and then again to the right side of the mouth. Do this for 10 - 20 times.

    Strengthen your facial muscles by doing resistance training with your tongue. Get yourself a spoon and use it to train your tongue by pushing against it. For this pushing contest let your tongue win. Perform this training for 1 - 2 minutes.

    If exercises do not work for you, then it's a good idea to invest on stop snoring products. For mouth snorers, only by changing the breathing from mouth to nasal breathing can already remove some causes of snoring.
