  Xavier Serbia speaks on financial independence
  

  Xavier Serbia will be a guest on PRSUN Radio soon, promoting his new book
  in advance of his appearance at a Bronx bookstore. The talk show is planned for 9-9:15 p.m. later this month. Show date TBA.
