May 8, 2014 - Jeff Salzenstein went on to play professional tennis on the ATP tour for 11 years and was the 1st American to break the top 100 for the first time after the age of 30. While Salzenstein played in the main draw of all the Grand Slams, he knocked heads with several of the top players in the world including Sampras, Chang, Rios, Rafter, Korda, Rusedski, Federer, Roddick, Tsonga, Fish, Nalbandian, and Gonzales, and Verdasco.
Salzenstein’s Total Tennis Training system evolved from years of applying his passion towards tennis and peak performance. Nicknamed “Mr. Modality” by one of his best friends (who’s in the field of sports performance), Jeff experimented with several on and off court training methods and systems. Salzenstein was always eager to discover and fully experience the endless possibilities of human performance.
Having personally worked with different techniques, footwork ideas, playing strategies, fitness programs, mindset techniques, and nutrition plans, Salzenstein brought the best of the best together to formulate his Total Tennis Training system.
