Join us as we welcome Anne M Curran who is a current Occupational Therapy student at Cleveland State University,  Ann is also a student of yoga and regularly takes yoga classes to reduce stress and build her strength and endurance.

Ann has experienced the benefits of yoga first hand and will share with us why she believes yoga is a great routine for both the beginner and the experienced exercise conscious individual.
