As we assist Leadership in bearing the pains, challenges, blessing and burdens of leadership. The Mission and The Mandate: Provide a place where the hidden things of the heart maybe shared among peers who understand not just what it means to be a leader but what is required to remain effective in the Ministry of the Gospel in these last days. Our Purpose: To listen intently for the voice of God and anticipate His very need as we seek to assist in fulfilling the need of those in Leadership within the body of Christ. Our Direction: We will accomplish this by providing an open forum for leaders to come and release the pains, challenges, blessing and burdens of leadership.
