Today I will be joined by Brandon Berrett, President and CEO of Polices for People. 

"Brandon has been responsible for delivering Human Resources at all levels and in the most varied of working climates.  A day in the life of Brandon has had him placed in the Sudan setting-up an HR office, leading an HR conference in New Orleans, recruiting for caseworkers post-Tsunami in Indonesia and building the capacity of HR counterparts in California.  He has been the HR Director for several large nonprofits including the International Rescue Committee and Action Against Hunger.

Most recently Brandon has started his new venture, Policies for People.  Policies for People was founded with the purpose of providing organic and creative Human Resource solutions to the nonprofit community.

Brandon’s work has been featured through the Chronicle of Philanthropy, the Emergency Personnel Network and he has served as a panelist to internationally recognized universities and schools including New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service, Columbia University’s School of International Public Affairs and the University of Denver’s Korbel School of International Studies.
