Hawaiian THC Ministry founder, Reverend Roger Christie is in prison, largely because the Cannabis plant has not been recognized as both unique and essential by the drug policy reform establishment. This program will attempt to transcend resistance within the legalization movement by establishing the true value of Cannabis as being both unique and essential, beyond the rightful jurisdiction of any court. Building on the rationale established by scientific and historical facts presented in previous programs, a legal strategy for Roger's release will be introduced based on due consideration of the true, "strategic" value of Cannabis, and urgent necessity of reintroducing hemp into U.S. crop rotations this coming Spring, 2011. Roger's trial could be "the last marijuana trial" if we commit ourselves to truth. See http://the-last-marijuana-trial.com/ for background on Roger's case, and ways that you can help.
