It is a global issue that needs to be talked about, brought into the light as not just a "private matter". Today's guests include Julia Sudduth, Services Coordinator for the Valley Oasis Shelter for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning population. Lorraine Hines, Chief of Residential Services which she manages all residential programs on and off site which includes the shelter, Children Serivces and two transitional housing programs. http://www.avdvc.org/ Dr. Claudia Cornell is a Psychotherapist in Southern California, specializing in abuse issues, with victims and perpetrators. Earning a Doctorate Of Psychology degree in 1996, Dr. Cornell has dedicated her professional career to advocacy and intervention for victims of abuse and their families. She is an author, an educator, a consultant and public speaker. Dr. Cornell currently works in association with a domestic violence agency in Southern California, providing therapy services for men, women and children, and leading Anger Management groups for women. http://womenabusingmen.org/welcome.html
