Hi! I'm Professor Mary, and I'm a Psychology Professor and a life coach who uses my research on stress and health to help my clients. My practice, Powerful Mind Coaching,specializes in helping adults and parents with demanding careers create more centered, satisfying, and balanced lives. A special area of emphasis is partnering with Professors to meet and balance the demands of the tenure clock, academic life and parenting. In addition, I offer coaching in the areas of career development, stress management, leadership, and professional and personal communication. I offer one-on-one or group in-person and telephone-based coaching supported with email communication between sessions.
