    *sigh* Enough of the 'family values' already...we ain't buying it

    Family values! The Republicans keep trumpeting about them, though as far as I can tell from the news, all they do is talk about them. My feeling is this- family values should be just that, a matter for each family to decide for themselves. I certainly don't need a politician, most of whom don't know right from wrong, to tell me what my family's values should be.
     
    John McCain cheated on his first wife, but that's all right, because he's a republican, the family values party (bet they are relieved at that at least McCain cheated with a woman!). John Edwards cheats on his wife, that horrible! Now, Rush Limbaugh says its all Elizabeth Edwards' fault he cheated. I quote Limbaugh - "...if she used her mouth for something besides talking..." Come on now, just how rude and crude do they have to get?
     
    I don't know about everyone else, but after 18 months of this campaign, I'm pretty well sick of all of them!
     
    (note from the editor...with Limbaugh probably needing more pills than a Kentucky Derby front-runner to "get to the gate," so to speak, even this is too much. We're pretty well used to making controversial remarks from time to time, but there is absolutely no way we'd stoop to this level, making fun of a terminal cancer patient. Here's to hoping Rush Limbaugh's dumb a** gets viciously beaten and sodomized by a group of illegal immigrants. Then we can start making the joke about Limbaugh sleeping with the help!)
