Secret Garden of Survival bestselling author Rick Austin will be the featured guest on Tara’s Common Sense Prepping radio show on Monday. Austin is an off grid and homesteading who has mastered the art of creating a camouflaged food forest. Rick recently appeared on National Geographic’s Doomsday Castle. He taught the cast how to build a secret survival garden near their castle, so they could have a high-yield and low-maintenance food source for decades to come. A food forest can produce five times more food per square foot that a traditional garden.
