    How to manage stress
    There are different ways to manage stress like:
    meditation
    biofeedback
    breathing techniques
    yoga
    exercise
    herbal tea: valerian, hops, cat nip, kava kava, chamomile
    aromatherapy: chamomile, lavender, sandalwood (place a few drops of essential oil in a bowl of cool water to scent a room)
    massage
    diet rich in calcium, b vitamins, vitamin c
    laughter, put lots of laughter into your life

    You can try different ways and follow the one that suits for your personality.
