Consultant, author, and coach to CEO's, Robert Kausen is president of Life Education, Inc., an international human relations consulting and training company—and adjunct faculty for Pransky & Associates. He is a Certified Teacher of the Three Principles as discovered by Sydney Banks. Over the past twenty years, Robert has been a contributor to the implementation of a new commonsense understanding about the connection between a person’s psychological functioning and their experience and results through deeper understanding of the Three Principles. This understanding simplifies relationships and increases the effectiveness of employees and managers. His innovative and successful programs for Fortune 500 companies, small entrepreneurships, and US and Canadian governments include: high performance teamwork, managing the change process, customer relations, service leadership, boosting creativity, and restructuring corporate culture. Robert teaches individual executives and senior level teams how to bring the best out in people by showing them how to better access their innate high performance, creative states of mind via deeper understanding of the Three Principles. This new understanding results in highly effective business relationships, impactful communication, creative approaches to business challenges, and the virtual elimination of chronic stress. After 16 years in contract R&D and aerospace technical management, Robert, a former chemical engineer (applied chemist), switched careers in 1977 when he realized the challenge and enormous potential of understanding the human factor.
