Bills that Congress votes on are full of.....

How is it ok that Bills have so many things added to them? There are many steps that a proposed law (bill) passes through before it is signed into law by the President. What this video does not show are all the additional stuff (pork) that gets added along the way to get the support of other legislators to garner their support. John and I will be discussing how it is possible for a clear and concise proposal becomes a document that is so weighed down by additional proposals that there is more Pork than Bill!
