Ladies, I totally disagree with yoru assertion that a man needs to propose within a year of dating otherwise he's no good---if you believe marriage is for a LIFETIME then why rush into the most important decision of your life? I would rather take two to three years of seriously dating and courting my girlfriend and working on preparing for a lifelong marriage than rush to the altar, have a disastrous marriage, and an even more disastrous divorce.

As RoninSoul75 put it, you need to assess your partner more thoroughly before walking down the aisle, and you must prepare for the challenges that WILL hit your marriage.

I believe in the sanctity of marriage and take the marriage vows very seriously---if my wife cheated on me it would be over because upon saying "I do" I have sworn to forsake all other women for as long as my wife is alive. If we were in Old Testament times and my wife cheated on me I'd take her to the city gates and have her stoned to death.

Regarding the dwindling quality of sex in marriages, I think wives should put more of an effort into initiating sex and show some desire for their husbands instead of just laying there like a dead fish and have the said husbands jump through all kinds of hoops. Men need to feel desired by their wives too, you know. I'm willing to be more men would stay faithful if their wives showed interest in them both in bed and emotionally... and NO, I do NOT condone men cheating on their wives!!!!!

The men in the audio clip who discussed various reasons why men cheat were right on---they were NOT justifying why men cheat but airing out why some men do it. Why are you two (Shana and Jamilah, the show hosts) so quick to say the men are wrong when you yourselves are not men and don't know what goes through their minds and hearts?
