Maybe YOU (the two hosts of this show) genuinely desire to be with a Godly Christian man to whom you will submit as head of household and accept his leadership, but based on what we see out there the overwhelming majority of black American women do NOT see eye-to-eye with you on that topic.
I would assert that you're way off base with your claim that black American women want to give their all to black men and submit to those men's authority as head of household because that is the total opposite of the current reality (the way I and many men see it).

Again, ladies, too much focus on how much money a man makes as opposed to HOW WELL HE MANAGES IT. And unless I heard wrong it sounds to me like you're telling men to get a job solely based on the salary as opposed to going for a career they love and that is in line with their passion and talents.

Based on what you've stated as far as gender roles go, if the man takes out the trash, fixes the cars, mowes the lawn, and all the hard physical labor for house repairs then the woman needs to do the cooking, the laundry and ironing, NEVER say no to sex, and never refuse to give him a blowjob. Sounds like a fair exchange, doesn't it?
Ladies, if you need a man, not a boy, then stop picking boys and pick men.
