Mitch Counce is the CEO of Servi-Tech Incorporated. Servi-Tech was organized in 1975 by three farmer-owned cooperatives to provide technical service for agricultural producers in Southwest Kansas. Today, Servi-Tech provides crop-consulting services to approximately 1700 farmers in seven states and 140 countries. The crop service division has over 1 million acres under contract.

Servi-Tech employs approximately 190 people, residing in 70 different communities. Their employees have degrees from 27 different colleges and universities.
