While the industry basks in the glow that was Saturday's Kentucky Derby - won by a trainer who has never had a positive post-race sample - we learn that Jeff Mullins is out of business for 70 days as of June 1st due to several medication violations dating back to 2006. This is on the heels of Kentucky disallowing the licensing of 2008 Kentucky Derby winning trainer Rick Dutrow.
Jack Van Berg joins us to discuss this and more.
We will talk about what this means for California racing, for trainers doing similar things, and for the industry overall.
