  Scott is excited to interview Terry Cole-Whittaker, as they discuss her new book, Live Your Bliss.At 17 years of age Terry was given the gift of a teacher who shared with her the knowledge that would open up Terry’s mind to her unlimited possibilities and give her many of the tools to achieve them. Between that time and now, Terry, by using what she had learned from this teacher and other teachers has accomplished everything she desired and much more than she had known was even possible. The spiritual benefits she has gained are far beyond the material benefits because, as she says, "each step on our life’s path leads to the next if we are willing to continue until we attain what we have been seeking in our heart of hearts. It is at this point that we are fully alive and celebrating the joy." In order to test the principles of prosperity she entered the Mrs. America Pageant and became Mrs California and 3rd in Mrs. America. She raised two amazing daughters who also learned and applied these teachings. Terry has been able to live in wonderful homes, travel all over the world, and visit holy sites of spiritual pilgrimage. Thinking that singing was her life’s work, she sang with the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera and later became an opera singer. But this was not her path, as teaching these sacred principles was her true calling. Starting her own company Success Plus, Terry was one of the first to conduct human potential seminars for corporate America and Fortune 500, and became a successful motivational and inspirational speaker. She became a minister in 1973; authored 5 best-selling books including; What You Think of Me is None of My Business, How to Have More in a Have Not World, Inner Path from Where You are to Where You Want to Be, Love and Power in a World Without Limits-a Woman’s Guide to the Goddess Within, Dare to Be Great and Creating Your Destiny-A Remarkable Guide to Making Decisions that Give You Happiness and Prosperity.

  Scott Cluthe interviews Richard Farrell, author of the provocative new biography, What's Left of Us. Richard Farrell is an author, filmmaker, teacher, journalist, and adjunct professor of English at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. His documentary, High on Crack Street, was aired on HBO and received Columbia University's duPont Award. He is the co-author of A Criminal and an Irishman: The Inside Story of the Mob-IRA Connection. He is the screenwriter for the upcoming film The Fighter, which stars Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg. His memoir, What’s Left of Us, is being published by Citadel Press.

  The How of Happiness-Positively Incorrect! with Scott Cluthe -Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D.

  Scott Cluthe interviews Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D, on his show Positively Incorrect! Dr. Lyubomirsky's new release is The How of Happiness. Sonja Lyubomirsky is a professor at Stanford University. The majority of her research career has been devoted to studying human happiness. Why is the scientific study of happiness important? In short, because most people believe happiness is meaningful, desirable, and an important, worthy goal, because happiness is one of the most salient and significant dimensions of human experience and emotional life, because happiness yields numerous rewards for the individual, and because it makes for a better, healthier, stronger society. Her curretn research examines these critical questions:- 1) What makes people happy?; 2) Is happiness a good thing?; and 3) How can we make people happier still? Why Are Some People Happier Than Others? This may be one of the great questions of all time for many of us. Sonja says she has always been struck by the capacity of some individuals to be remarkably happy, even in the face of stress, trauma, or adversity. Thus, my earlier research efforts had been focused on trying to understand why some people are happier than others. To this end her approach has been to explore the cognitive and motivational processes that distinguish individuals who show exceptionally high and low levels of happiness. These processes include social comparison (how people compare themselves to peers), dissonance reduction (how people justify both trivial and important choices in their lives), self-evaluation (how people judge themselves), and person perception (how people think about others). All of these processes, it turns out, have hedonic implications - that is, positive or negative consequences for happiness and self-regard - and thus are relevant to elucidating individual differences in enduring well-being.

Daniel Jacob is a Bio-Energetic Bodyworker, a Conscious Channel, a Visionary Writer, and Teacher of New Paradigm Metaphysics. He's been on a Spirit Path since the 1960s, a journey that has led him through Catholicism, Protestant Fundamentalism, 12-Step Groups, various studies of Philosophy, Psychology, and many facets of Alternative Health Care. In 1986, Daniel began serious studies in Metaphysics and Channeling, which led to his intersection with The Reconnections in 1991. In 1984, he became a Licensed Massage Practitioner, and has worked in Physical Rehab and Personal Transition Consultation for over 22 years.
