Kristina Keane with Spiritual Teacher Sophia is back Sunday with Scott Cluthe. Scott spends another hour this week with Kristina Keane, LIVE in studio in Houston. Kristina, who "Trance Channels" Spritual Teacher Sophia, is doing a live seminar and Question and Answer Session Tuesday March 9th at the Edgar Cayce A.R.E. Center in Houston. has been a professional trance channel for over 10 years. Channeling is an ancient meditative technique, where Kristina connects with, and receives guidance from outside her own state of awareness and being. This process enables Sophia to come into, and express herself through Kristina's mind and body in order to communicate from a realm beyond 3rd dimensional, or waking consciousness. Kristina studied channeling at the acclaimed Arthur Findlay Institute in England. She also has extensive training in Expressive Arts Therapy from the Tamalpa Institute in CA.
