Keeping a level-head when reading pleadings

    in Legal

Divorce and family law cases can bring out a lot of emotions. Many individuals, however, over-react when they read legal pleadings, motions and other documents in their divorce or family law matter. This is particularly true for those who have not been through a case like this before and/or for those who have no legal training. This episode explains why it is important to remain cool and level-headed vesus over-reacting. This episode is based on an article on Family Law Headquarters titled: Not overreacting when reading pleadings. You can also call our Springfield, Missouri Family Lawyers at 855-805-0595.

This Could be Killing Your 401k Growth

    in Finance

I chat with Independent Management Consultant, Joanna Zarach, about a small thing that is making a huge impact on retirement savings. Mutual fund fees are a given, but do you know a 2% change in fees could have a $300,000 impact on the amount of cold hard cash you have to retire on.
I agree, financial books can sometimes look like a foreign language. However, Joanna breaks down exactly what you should look for to evaluate the fees you're paying. Performance may not be as meaningful if you're giving away cash unneccessarily.
