Popular in Politics
Welcome to Bill Martinez Live, hosted by an unapologetic AMERICAN U.S. Marine of Mexican descent who knows why people come to America but demands that immigrants come through the front door and that the rule of law is respected. Bill Martinez Live waves just one flag and has no use for hyphenated hearts torn between the 4th of July and some other foreign flag. We put the United States over party politics and broadcasting our unstinting praise of this great land to 250 American cities through CRN, BML syndication and the ever popular Blog Talk Radio platform.
Republicans & Democrats have lost a grasp on life, liberty and pursuit of happiness for ALL Americans. Bill Martinez Live helps us regain it. Listen in to the show to hear every facet of the issues but keep your eye on God and the exceptionalism to which he has urged on America and its people. Our nation is at a crossroads but remember your solemn birthright fellow Americans as "We the People". See more at: http://billmartinezlive.com/about-the-program/#sthash.tooJ0atj.dpuf

Our guest is DC reporter and activist, Valencia Mohammed. Valencia moved to Washington, D.C. in January, 1981 to become one of the most outspoken women for the rights of poor Black men, women and children.
Valencia decided to launch a citywide campaign to remove all such derogatory, inaccurate and insensitive books and materials from the school libraries and classrooms. The campaign was a success.
This led to one of her biggest triumphs by becoming one of the first elected Muslim women in the country. She served one term as an at-large member on the D.C. Board of Education from 1992 to 1996. Valencia also ran for the city council unsuccessfully. Currently, she is the field director for the Leo Alexander for DC mayor campaign and a member of Parent Watch, Inc., a non-profit organization that empowers and informs parents how to access the system to obtain services that can assist in the total development of their families
Valencia is the mother of six children. In 1999, her fifth child Said Raqib died as a teenager to gun violence. In 2004, Valencia suffered her second loss with the death of her third child, Imtiaz Mohammed.
Valencia has decided to turn her deep rooted pain into activism by founding a non-profit organization, Mothers of Unsolved Murders to becoming one of the strongest lobbying forces in the District against Black-on-Black crime and to demand the police department solve more homicide cases.
Some of her most recent accomplishments are a campaign to secure fully funding for the District’s first forensics crime lab, public notification of unsolved murders on the police website and a citywide meeting with detectives and parents of murder victims that remain unsolved.
We at Southern Sense wish you a Happy & Blessed Thanksgiving weekend. We will return LIVE on Tuesday December 2nd with author CS Bennett.

Welcome to The English Defence League Radio Show with your Host, Geoff Mitchell.
The English Defence Radio Show is the place where we aren’t afraid to discuss the issues that the newspapers, TV and radio won’t touch. Come and listen to the show that isn’t afraid to offend people and doesn’t hide behind a pretense of Political Correctness. Creeping Sharia, Sharia Law, Islamism, Islamists and Islamisation – this is the place where you will hear the unpleasant truth and can join in discussions about the facts, not the polished and anonymous half-truth that the authorities publish to keep you quiet.
This Radio Show is the Official Program for the English Defence League, so you will find the same honesty and direct approach that you have come to expect from us. EDL supporters, this is your platform, the show is your voice.
Come and join us, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 8:30PM GMT, 3:30PM EDT. Your voice is welcome too.

"All That is neccesary for Evil to Prevail Is that good men do nothing" ~ Edmond Burke
Ethan flies solo as the esteemed Mr. James Braswell is out of town. He talks about:
Thanks Hobby Lobby for making me #ProLifeBecause, and being #prolife is not necessarily anti-libertarian Those messed up Millennials are at it again Driving your Mercedes to the welfare office Finally a critical look at what might be the greatest film in movie history coming at the end of July All this and maybe his #FreeSlurpeeDay at 4pm
Wherever you are, either within or outside the political spectrum, you should have doubts, disappointments and the desire to correct the mess which is our political government and its politically appointed officials & elected representatives. I am neither of those nor ever intend to be one. I wish to serve our country and you as President. Please excuse such a big statement. I know it's important statement. It's almost audacious, almost preposterous, except for you and me, if only, you can weather my broadcasts on Blog Talk Radio - not for a moment compromising your views, but expanding on what is better. Although not bigger than conventional radio, Blog Talk Radio is the only medium open to me for a presently unknown and presently insignificant person. But, imagine, for this moment and more to come, Clinton vs. Clinton in the 2016 Presidential Election: a person of the people ( not of a party ) VERSUS politics, PACs, political influence, political contributions, campaign banners, buttons and tv ads.
I am for everything better and good. I present myself without the aid of campaign financing or political endorsements. I come to you, as in the old days, by word of mouth and the ride by light of Paul Revere.
I am capable of this feat. The same may be said of you.
I am thankful for your time and consideration...
I am thankful for our country..

A taboo topic for the dinner table and social gatherings, politics both unite and divide our world. Especially every four years. BlogTalkRadio's Election coverage is vast, varied and accurate: We know it's not always the pundits with the best insight on today's political climate; our hosts represent the voice of the people, by the people, for the people. Whether you fall on the Conservative end of the spectrum, the Progressive, are moderate or somewhere on the many shades in between, you'll find plenty of commiseration with those who share your views, some of which are famous dignitaries like Michelle Obama and Kofi Annan, or famous actors, authors, news reporters, TV personalities, even comedians. The best part? If you've got something to say, you can start your own show! Go on, hop up on that soapbox and have at it – speak your mind, rant, rave and filibuster to your heart's content.
