Its My World You Just Live In It. The Warren Markowitz Show
This show is dedicated to: Medal of Honor awardee First Lieutenant Alonzo H. Cushing was killed in action on July 3, 1863 -- at age 22 -- during the battle’s third and final day, in the face of Pickett’s Charge, a futile, deadly Confederate advance that threatened to turn the tide of the war.
Defending the Republic with Annie "The Radio Chick" and Dan, of Pundit Press Radio is an ongoing discussion of recent events, issues and the upcoming elections.
Special Guest: Reverend Keion Henderson of The Lighthouse Church has the fastest growing congregation in Texas. The young Pastor is helping people connect with God daily by changing how people perceive church using social media tools. The Lighthouse church isn’t your grandma’s church. In fact, Pastor Keion Henderson is only 32 years old and already becoming a rising star in the new way church is perceived- online! Pastor Henderson has the fastest growing congregation in Texas and he is quickly growing his online audience. “I wanted to do something different. I wanted to have a church that welcomed all and could reach all. So, I went online. Don’t get me wrong, I love to have people in church every day but that isn’t always possible. People work, people travel, some people aren’t mobile – my online mission helps connect everyone to our church and God,”
It's a battle of Conservative values and principles in defense of our Republic!
Government is only as good as We the People. Government is required to protect the civil rights of all citizens. We the people vote for people we expect will help improve the quality of life for our communities, and for the nation. We are not monitoring the people we elect and the result is, government is only as good as we the people.
Politicians are governement workers who are elected into office to write bills and pass those bills into laws. Those laws areto be for the greater good of society as a whole. That said, different politicians must provide different resources and laws to their constitutents, based on geographical areaa. But those laws should never go against the greater good of society. Politicians are only as good as the people who votes for them.
The government workforce includes people who are hired to carry out laws, administer services, and support all communities. This workforce more times than not do a better job than the politicians. But again the government workforce is only as good as We the People in the community it serves.
To get better people as politicians, We the people must do our part.
To get better people administering services, supporting the communities, carrying out the laws, We the people must do our part.
Government is only as good as We the People

Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately? There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective. Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting. But the conversation is always respectful and you’re sure to learn something new, even if you don’t agree! If you’ve always wondered how the “other side” thinks and how they’ve arrived at their “stand”, then this is the show for you!
It’s not the right side, it’s not the wrong side, but the REAL side of the issues!

Wherever you are, either within or outside the political spectrum, you should have doubts, disappointments and the desire to correct the mess which is our political government and its politically appointed officials & elected representatives. I am neither of those nor ever intend to be one. I wish to serve our country and you as President. Please excuse such a big statement. I know it's important statement. It's almost audacious, almost preposterous, except for you and me, if only, you can weather my broadcasts on Blog Talk Radio - not for a moment compromising your views, but expanding on what is better. Although not bigger than conventional radio, Blog Talk Radio is the only medium open to me for a presently unknown and presently insignificant person. But, imagine, for this moment and more to come, Clinton vs. Clinton in the 2016 Presidential Election: a person of the people ( not of a party ) VERSUS politics, PACs, political influence, political contributions, campaign banners, buttons and tv ads.
I am for everything better and good. I present myself without the aid of campaign financing or political endorsements. I come to you, as in the old days, by word of mouth and the ride by light of Paul Revere.
I am capable of this feat. The same may be said of you.
I am thankful for your time and consideration...
I am thankful for our country..

Obama is expected to issue and executive order for amnesty for 5,000,000 illegal aliens on Labor Day. We think he may wait until Tuesday in order to play some golf on the holiday. Luis Gutierrez from Chicago is hoping for the announcement as soon as possible in order to “punish those against illegal immigration”. These cretins have no idea what they are unleashing in the country…or do they? Large scale protests and civil disobedience will give him a great excuse to declare martial law. All of this could have been stopped if politicians had wanted to do so. Meanwhile, Putin marches on.
In this episode, we continue to discuss why reform strategies (electorial politics and local engagement) and socialist revolution are essentail for chaning the conditions of poor communities in this country and throughout the world. We examine why poor, working class African communities like Ferguson are hit hard by racism, police brutatlity, high unemployment, and poor education, and what needs to be done.
Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real features our host, a man who was incarcerated in Georgia prisons for 46 years, 15 of them in solitary confinement - from 1968 to 2013. Call-in at (347) 857-3293 Fridays between 6:30pm and 8:30 pm EDT. Strozier was initially arrested at age 6, when he and friends broke into an Atlanta warehouse to steal cigarettes for family members and candy. He was incarcerated at age 10. His sentence was lengthened to 90 years after cutting a prison guard as a teenager in an adult facility. Strozier's warden told him he would die in prison, but he did not. Strozier changed. Strozier became a Christian in the 1980s, then graduated from high school, became a certified cook and brick mason, and got married while still behind bars. Prison officials and the State Board of Pardons and Paroles recognized the change in Strozier and eventually paroled him. Since prison release, Strozier works, counsels youths, and attends church regularly. Strozier has many interesting stories to tell that inspire youths to avoid incarceration and motivate released prisoners not to recidivate. Email Johnny Strozier at JohnnyR.Strozier@gmail.com Hear Strozier's debut broadcast of June 3, 2014, archived at Blogtalkradio for access any day or time. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/06/03/human-rights-for-prisoners-march-1

A taboo topic for the dinner table and social gatherings, politics both unite and divide our world. Especially every four years. BlogTalkRadio's Election coverage is vast, varied and accurate: We know it's not always the pundits with the best insight on today's political climate; our hosts represent the voice of the people, by the people, for the people. Whether you fall on the Conservative end of the spectrum, the Progressive, are moderate or somewhere on the many shades in between, you'll find plenty of commiseration with those who share your views, some of which are famous dignitaries like Michelle Obama and Kofi Annan, or famous actors, authors, news reporters, TV personalities, even comedians. The best part? If you've got something to say, you can start your own show! Go on, hop up on that soapbox and have at it – speak your mind, rant, rave and filibuster to your heart's content.
