This is such a moot issue! It is plain that if Obama's citizenship was ever in question that he would be unable to continue into the final elections. And you don't even look at McCain's questionable birthplace (the Panama Canal, as a military child ... check your election requirements: must be born on American soil). So, it boils down to ethnicity after all - continuing this specious and disengenuous "examination" of Obama's birthplace (which is Honolulu, Hawai'i!!), just highlights

A guy on PalTalk in the social issues /human rights section addresses Mr Obama's failure to produce a Birth Certificate, and I think it should have been forced by the Judge but the judge in the first case was a Clinton appointee. Doug great show, going to add you to my favorites...

Those of us with US passports recall it is a requirement of the same to produce our birth certificate to the State Department's officers for approval. BHO has a passport and thus citizenship, but that's not enough. BHO filed his papers with 50 state Secretary of States to get his name on the ballot, but that's not enough.
