Bottom line is that it seems as though few women in Western societies marry for love---they commit to the LIFESTYLE that a man can provide, but not to the man. This is why they're so quick to divorce a man who is loving and a great parent simply because he doesn't fulfill her every whim and fantasy need.

Hmm. Not like that in California! Family count has mandatory therapy sessions with both parents separately and together. THEY make a recommendation about who is best parent if there is a conflict, based on psychological readiness/mentality. If a parent is vindictively trying to get custody, he or she won't get it. Men get custody and women pay child support here, just like men do. Those laws vary from State to State. Sorry its like that in Penn.
