    Update: 02/09

I've been anticipating my Aquasize class since I first signed up 3 months ago @ Kingborough Community College and now that my first class experience has past I'm ready to add more days in the week.

I don't know who could have such a fun experience in the water, with strangers, with the same goal of feel'n the weight off for a second and pain relief. O i need more days... I haven't lost the weight that I set out to lose but I HAVEN'T given up either so the fight is still on.

I met 6 other women in my class, all senior citizens and I felt as though I was out of place. Later in the locker room I realized that it's for anyone with pain, because at the end of class we all wanted to light weight feel'n again or rather to take home... ugh pain is pain no matter what age or race...

I wish this class had more days in the week, I would like to start another routine, so to the gym from here... I'm going to keep an eye on blood pressure and cholesterol.
