Jaiel Grossett also known as I-eXceL is a talented individual who puts forth his best foot in everything to achieve success no matter how small the task. When asked where he came up with his stage name he responded, "I am the epitome of excellence, I'm not perfect but I strive for perfection in anything I do, which is why I'm so successful in everything I do."

He grew up in the borough of Queens, NY and has been fortunate enough to travel around the world "every continent except Antarctica" he states. Jaiel attributes his personality with the many cultures that he has been privileged enough to experience and the vast number of countries he has lived in. He is a true believer of the saying "everything happens for a reason" and truly has been blessed throughout all of his trials and tribulations.

This bright young and upcoming star is destined for success and is on his way to being one of the greatest entertainers. His positive and mature attitude has allowed him to "excel" throughout his military affiliation and has earned the respect of many. Various individuals that know Jaiel on a personal level knows that when he says he is going to do something, nine times out of ten, he does it.
